We recently bought some outdoor furniture from Yardbirds. The whole experience was great from the buying of the furniture to t delivery and set-up. We received the furniture this week (a mere two weeks after ordering) and the delivery guys were very efficient. Due to contractual terms, however, they were not allowed to set up the umbrella. The store manager came out (30+ minute drive) to set up our umbrella. That is some service. We absolutely LOVE the furniture and would recommend it (and this store) to anyone.

We spent a lot of money at Yardbird for the product to not be what we had originally been shown in the showroom. The customer service and the return process has been a nightmare. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Products were damaged and the quality is not even close to what we expected.

We visited the Framingham store to see in-person the set we were interested in from the website. The associate working was friendly and helpful, and the space very welcoming. We ultimately purchased the 7-piece Eden dining set for our outdoor patio. We love the way it looks and the chairs (and cushions) are very comfortable. There does seem to be a design issue that should be taken into account before purchasing. The table and chairs are not water-tight. So when it rains, water enters the seam where the slats meet the frame. When a chair is later moved to sit down, the water drains out of the holes at the bottom and onto your legs or the patio. The design problem is that the drain holes on the underside of the slats "punched" (upward) rather than drilled, so water sits inside unable to drain until it is high enough to rise above the lip at the top of the hole. When you move the chair or tip it, water comes out of the drain holes onto your legs or the patio. This line may be perfect for indoor (e.g. screen porch) rooms, but perhaps not ideal for outdoor use.

We had a great experience at this new store and have gotten tons of complements on our furniture! We ordered the Langdon Collection loveseat, chairs and coffee table set and the Adirondack chairs and matching side tables. All are very high quality. We also ordered the furniture covers which are very high quality and easy to put on and off.

Irene helped us select our furniture and ensure it will work for our outdoor space. She was SO helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The design tool was super helpful (kinda like playing with dollhouse furniture) and it helped us feel confident in our sections. We are building a home so won’t have it set up for months, but super excited to see how it will all come together.
