They did a great job selling me a sauna but they failed to assist me in preparing for the installation process or helping me when I had issues with the building of the sauna. I emailed them asking for assistance and never got what would have been helpful. I didn’t know what to communicate to electrician, they didn’t send me enough specs, didn’t send me links to websites that would have helped me get a proper installation. They install team cracked one of the roofing slats and adhered the facade with nails so small that the facade fell off. Mainely Tubs had 5 different people communicating with me which made it impossible to know who I was supposed to be working with when I asked for these issues to be repaired. After spending over $13,000 I would have thought someone would have helped me more. I would never buy anything else from them nor would I recommend them to anyone. I will be warning people about Mainely Tubs should they be in the market for tubs or saunas.

My experience exceeded expectations, Mike took care of me right away getting me in touch with Charlene in the Service department, and within five minutes of leaving the store I received a phone call from Charlene scheduling a warranty repair within 48 hours - I was blown away. I’m so glad that I made my original purchase from mainly Tubs. You don’t find service like this in many places anymore.

Michael at the Danvers location provided every product insight to inform our decisions. He then helped navigate delivery with our GC, electrical subs, crane company and more. The weekly service package is worth it! It allows for worry free monitoring of chemicals, assurance that adjustments can be made quickly, and a tech who gets to know your product(s) at your residence. We are fortunate to have Nick as our service tech. He has limitless knowledge of the products, he’s patient in making sure all runs smoothly on our sauna and hot tub, and he’s super-responsive. These things all add up to 100% worry free products and operations, which ultimately results in relaxation and wellness for our family. Five stars and a the strongest recommendation from us!
