    Property Manager Wetahanna Trask is a liar and loves to make ASSumptions about customers next door needing a quote just because of rising rates. She will lie and say she cannot rent to you after leaving a voicemail about the same reservation an hour before because she recognizes your face from the bus stop in front of her office!!! You can’t even deal with a difficult situation in peace because of what she ASSumes. She will also put words in the mouths of nearby Property Managers of other storages to get her way. Literally no one from other properties told her anything about me because how would I still be renting from one and never even inquired about the other! She made that up and the only two places that have my name is Key and Storage Center, not Dependable. See, that is what happens when you think someone is dumb and won’t find out the email address you gave them is fake. I wasn’t even serious about moving lockers. After I told her the email she gave me didn’t work, she gave me her business card. I sent an email to this address and got a response from corporate but this time it included how I felt like she made this up because she acted like she was not the property manager sitting in the office the entire time. It is better to deal with rising rates than to have uneducated former retail managers assume you live in storages because you need to visit daily via bus after the building opens. Even with a locker I still have to carry a lot of things and can barely skip visits. If you needed proof of where I stay overnight temporarily I could have given it to you. Now mind the business that pays you and don’t think you can discriminate against me based on how you think of me unless you want to get in legal trouble. Go find Jesus.
