I call them to come pick it up, and all they said was that the manager will call me back . I called back like three times for them to come pick it up and they just say the manager will call back to arrange a date. My question is why didn't they just arrange it when I called? This was in May and the mattress is still in my house. I'm not sure what the motive is but I'm not in the business of stealing rental furniture. I think it was a bad business practice and an attempt to frame an incident. I will have the mattress sent back but I have learned my lesson dealing with them.

I called twice and each time I get told that they will be calling me the next day to arrange delivery. I have yet to receive a call or even type of communication regarding delivery. Yet, they still expect a payment from me.

After hours of not having my call returned, I went into the store to schedule the pick up. The general manager supposedly scheduled my pick up, but when the day came...no one showed up to pick up my sofa set. Before the store closed, My husband called and a woman sarcastically told him that we were still on the schedule to have our furniture picked up. MY FURNITURE NEVER GOT PICKED UP. So now I’m livid because I have two living room sets in my home, the day before I am to host a family function for the 4th of July. I have called corporate and reported them and their poor service. I should have known they weren’t great at customer service because it took 2 weeks for me to receive the furniture in the first place. And when I went into the store they were playing explicit music (I had my 7 and 3 year old with me) I AM very disappointed in their service. I would never recommend them.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
