  I recently bought a home and started receiving invoices in the mail with my name on them stating I was 30 days, then 60 days overdue on a $163 payment on my account. I've never done business with this company. When I called them, they said the prior owners had used their company and that this was an "advertisement" for me to continue services. In my opinion, this is extremely deceptive business tactic, and because of such I will never use this company.

  D A Exterminators, always within a few minutes of appointment time, always willing to take the time to explain what they will do or have done, and always reasonable with their charges. We had a termite contract with a different company when we bought this house. Within six months I cancelled with them and contacted DA.

  They don't even have the correct photo or information on their Wolf Spider page. They have a picture of a jumping spider (they are very cute, extremely smart, and lovely to have around. Seriously look them up.) instead of a wolf spider. They say Wolf Spiders get between 0.5-1.0 inch. That is incorrect. They get significantly larger than that. Wolf Spiders also do not "hunt in packs" (good grief). They do, however, eat smaller spiders like baby Black Widows and Brown Recluse. And they will even hunt adult Brown Recluse spiders and Black Widows if they don't have a lot of other food sources. They are also not harmful to humans. They can bite, but would rather not. But really, if you think about it, we can bite, too. We would just rather not. Conclusion about Wolf Spider: they are actually good roommates and neighbors. Conclusion about this company: I'm not hiring a company that doesn't even know the "pests" they hunt.
