They initially said the service that they were recommending will eradicate all the cockroaches. After few months when we were still seeing roaches, they claimed they were German roaches and they will need different treatment for it. They knew we have both kind of roaches in the house when they started the service. Why not give all the details in the beginning instead of trying to surcharge the customers.
