  Let's just start off by saying, I don't want a particular guy from this company back at my house. First of all, he accused me of throwing something in my washer that was putting black marks on my clothes. Then he rolled his eyes when I told him that I DO use the clean washer cycle. He informed me that there wasn't an issue with the washer and he has been doing this for 20+ years full time and the only thing it could be was me throwing something in my washer. A little while later I contacted him back to let him know that after he left my boyfriend found the problem and I needed to send pictures. He said he had never seen that before. When he came back to install the new parts, he had to leave to go to the hardware store. He was gone for a long time. Long enough for me to ask if he was even coming back to my house. Finally he came back, finished the install, and before he left he told me he knows that wasn't the problem. Well, I told him that I have a brand new set of solid white sheets to try it out on. Guess what, I don't have any marks on my sheets. This was a extended warranty repair and I didn't have any out of pocket expense.

  Absolutely the best of the best. I've had back to back problems with my new dryer and they've been there on a moments notice. If a part needed to be ordered, they keep in touch for a status and that's much appreciated. Thanks guys. Thanks Dale.

  Hello everyone, so my fiancée called these people for repair on her appliance. The service charge was 100 dollars, which meant a “technician” drives to your home and simply takes a picture of the serial number and says “we will be in touch”. Afterwards the appliance repair is almost $1,000 dollars… combined with labor. They say that your 100 dollars will go towards it but why? The whole purpose of an “appliance repair” is for what? To avoid having to pay money for a brand new entire appliance. I went to the business and voiced my concerns and that a refund for the 100 should be given. If not then I will do whatever I can to inform people to never use this business again. The secretary even agreed with me and said many are very unhappy with their service and told me that the 100 dollars could be refunded. She also informed me that if a check was done then the check number should be on there, well it wasn’t. I told the lady “I feel that this was a scam, people are depending on you all to provide them with a service because they need your help.”the lady agreed and said she must speak to the owner first about the refund. Ten minutes later the owner calls me and accuses me of threatening them. I could not even speak to this gentleman at all, he was very irate and talked over me continuously. He threatened me with going to my supervisor to accuse me of threats. I informed him with “sir, I am a customer. If have an unsatisfactory concern then I bring it to you. That is not a threat sir.” He refused to give me my refund and hung up on me. Their office absolutely reeked of marijuana as well upon the secretary allowing me to come in. Ladies and gentlemen of CENLA? DO NOT use these people… I encourage all to spread this message. Take your business and your money elsewhere to people who enjoy providing you with a service and is honored to be receiving your money. Dependable Appliance is far from dependable or professional.

  Be prepared to wait. Guaranteed multiple appointments that they won't show up to. When asked they'll say they reached out to you but you didn't answer. They like the excuse that they are waiting on parts, and then oh the wrong one came in, and then oh that ome was broken. Ive never left a bad review nefore but this was the worst service experience ever. I was even told that "oh he may come out on Saturdays I'll give you his number so you can call and convince him". its been over a month and still waiting.
