I arrived at 4:05 only to find a sign saying they were on lunch and would return at 4:25. Frustrating and avoidable. It would’ve been helpful and respectful if the associate had mentioned they were about to step out for a break. Poor communication and disappointing customer service.

Then was trying to get pricing from a very nice sales guy at the back of the store & had some questions when suddenly the girl working in the front of the store, with the long blonde hair, yells loudly through the store & very hateful, that we can get the prices from the website. Like, they don’t have time to deal with customers. UNBELIEVABLE! She was So Rude & Totally Unprofessional & TOTALLY LOST OUR BUSINESS!!
