Upon picking it up I was informed it had been sold to another and it left the building days ago. It was paid with cash and they refused to refund with cash stated it would be sent via mail.

The sales lady did not want to listen to what I wanted and kept pushing other bedroom suits that were ungodly expensive. Dont get me wrong, if it's all wood and built to last ( I know I'm dreaming) then I ll pay the price. But dont try to push things on me that I dont want. Sorry, value city you lost our business to another furniture store.

We bought a couch three weeks ago and they lied to our faces knowing they were in bankruptcy talks. Mandy was our floor rep. We posted a glowing review earlier, but this whole company is nothing more than a scam.
