    My mother-in-law has been trying for months to get in touch with Danielle after the blinds she purchased from Budget Blinds broke. Despite multiple calls and messages, no one ever calls back even though they have a warranty with this agency. The lack of communication and accountability is unbelievable. I would expect better customer service for the price they paid. Follow the advice of this post and those who comment similar stories by avoiding this company like the plague — they do not stand behind their products or support their customers.

    My invoice number:2217. Order whole house Levalor blind replacement in May.. One blind did not fit when the installers were here. They stated it would be reordered. The reordered blind did not fit. Again it would be reordered, no follow-up, today is September 30th.. I have given information to the answering service that answers the phones but no response or follow-up. Status please!

    Spent o er 10,000 on blinds in my home. One broke and have been contracting them since May 2025 but nobody ever calls back. I’ve contacted them well over a dozen times now. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re looking for good customer service.
