  Shaun and Isaiah were absolutely excellent when delivering my Bosch refrigerator. They went above and beyond from start to finish—taking their time to make sure everything was set up perfectly, explaining each step to me, and ensuring I understood how everything worked. Their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free. Outstanding service!

  We were extremely pleased with the purchase and delivery of our new washer and the removal of my old one. The two delivery people, Eric and Jack were very professional, friendly, and careful moving the old washer and pedestal out and installing the new washer and pedestal showing us how to begin the process of starting the new machine and answering any questions we had. Working with and communicating between the sales staff (Paul and Roger) delivery persons (Eric and Jack) and ourselves made for a great customer service experience!!

  Jimmy and Shawn delivered our GE refrigerator and did a great job on the install. The door width was going to be tight getting the appliance in the house and they did what was right and disassembled all the doors to make it fit. Had they not done this the appliance may have gotten scratched. They did what was right even though it took a lot of extra time. Thats the benefit of working with a great business.

  I had a wonderful experience all around. From the customer service and phone system, which I believe is succinct and people are quick to return phone calls. Charles, my salesman Made my experience wonderful and even offered me a coffee from the staff room. James and Josh with five star moving company added me on at the end of their busy day to accommodate my wife and I working outside the home all day. Exceptional customer service and professionals all around.

  Four days before Christmas, our washer went out—about the worst timing possible to need a major appliance. I walked into Hagedorn Appliances in Erlanger fully expecting the experience to be stressful. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised. Aaron was our primary salesman, with support from Erin, and Erin was truly a blessing. She immediately took the stress out of the situation. She was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and very customer-focused. She helped guide us to the right washer, made sure it met our needs, and even worked to ensure it could be delivered the very next day—something we absolutely were not expecting. She represented Hagedorn exceptionally well. The next day, Eric and Jack arrived to deliver and install the washer and dryer. Both were professional, polite, and very respectful of our home. They carefully removed the old appliances and installed the new ones without any damage to our walls or hardwood floors. When I asked how long they had been with the company, I was surprised to learn both had been there less than six months—you would never know it based on how well they handled everything. They clearly take pride in their work and treated us with great care. From sales to delivery, this was a truly customer-first experience. Hagedorn Appliances exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend them.
