Aaron's mission is to provide our customers with top quality name brand products through affordable lease ownership plans." Is that what we were met with? Absolutely not. They were very disrespectful not once, not twice, but on three different occasions. Even the manager was disrespectful to us, and kept making excuses for the workers. I do not recommend Aaron's in Corbin. They told us it would be $120 a month for a PS5, and then when we said that was out of the price range and asked for help, she told us that "I just priced the same for this man over here." And was overall very disrespectful not only to us but, to my family. They were all around rude, disrespectful, and genuinely almost was critical of us being short on money. With it being holidays and helping others, everyone should be understanding of that instead of shutting us down with, "I just priced this man." I don't recommend the Aaron's in Corbin Kentucky at all. If I knew the managers name personally, I would tell her just the same. She should be more mindful of the people she's hiring and even when we ask for the manager, there's a reason for that. I am severely disappointed in their behavior, we are supposed to be a "gold star customer" but is this how gold star customers get treated? Is this how we are supposed to get helped? Did you know that Aaron's name was derived from the word ahran, which means exhausted or mountain of strength. The Aaron's is Corbin Kentucky is anything but a mountain of strength. They are disrespectful, rude, dishonest, and overall a terrible Aaron's to trust and to go to.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
