- SMSteven MarkhamDec 26, 20255.0I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company. Christmas morning I hit my shin hard. At first, thought it was not big deal. After several minutes, my leg felt wet. I looked down and my pants and sock were soaked with blood. A good amount ran onto the carpet. I left blood prints as I ran to the tub. After a 3 hour ER visit to cauterize the vein I tore open, tried to clean it as best we could. Christmas proceeded. The next day I called Steam Power and talked with Tony and explained the situation. He was very confident that they could help us. About an hour and a half later, Tony was at the door. He looked over the areas and proceeded to steam clean them. He was able to get all the noticeable blood out of the carpet! He went over the areas until we were satisfied with the result. He also made recommendations about a powder that could continue to extract that which we couldn't see. Tony did an excellent job and is very professional. He set our minds at ease with the entire process. If you need help with a tough cleaning job, call them! You'll be happy you did!

He was able to get to me quickly, I messaged on a Saturday that I needed someone that week and he was able to schedule me for that Tuesday, I appreciated it very much. His prices were very reasonable. We will always use Tim for all our future needs.
