- KMKeith MuellerNov 4, 20251.0Terrible. I contracted with them in June of 2025 to have a silver maple removed. The person I signed the contract with said they might be able to have a crew out the following week. No word for several weeks. I called and the manager said their main tree climber was injured so they were planning to use an independent tree climber to do the job. No word for several weeks. I called again. New manager this time. He had to look at the tree himself. He said one of the limbs was overhanging the power lines so Evergy had to remove that limb before they could take down the rest of the tree. Evergy removed the limb in October (4 months after contract signed). I’ve called them 6 times and left messages with their answering service with no response. Very unprofessional irresponsible and disappointing.

Their pricing is very reasonable for the difficult services they provide, but most importantly they seem to be genuinely good people. David E. and his team were an incredible crew from start to finish. On a very complicated tree removal they consistently showed care and professionalism to complete the job without risk of damage to my property. I will never use another tree service in KC after my experience with their fantastic team.

Speeding (15+ MPH over), no use of blinkers, overly aggressive lane changes, and then speeding in a school zone. This particular truck was an F250 with a salt spreader in the bed heading east on 151st St at 3:30pm on Jan 14, 2025. If they truly have GPS in their vehicles, this should be easy to track down the driver. Couldn't get a license plate because of their driving.
