Since they weren't able to get out to look at my stove for a week, she suggested a couple things to check and she was right! What a great business model they have of just making sure, to the best of their ability, that people are taken care of. Kudos to Michelle and the Bob Miller team.

The delivery team was notably polite, taking the time to explain the setup process and ensuring a seamless experience. I would never ever again !! by another appliance from those department stores ever again
