- JHJames HicksOct 4, 20251.0Had two chainsaws and a leaf blower worked on was quoted one price and they stated all parts were in “when I got my bill. It was $250 more than expected when I dropped the units off. I also requested for the chainsaws to be sharpened And even paid for it when I arrived to pick up the chainsaws, neither of them were sharpened when I asked the lady about sharpening it she said I would have to leave them for another week to get this completed. She was very rude and snooty when I asked about sharpening the blades when I got home one of the chainsaws would not even run. I was build $300. This bill stated that unit ran as expected. I guessed running as expected meant does not run I have bought stuff from this guy many times and never been treated the way I was this time Very unprofessional and disrespectful by the time I left I’m sure I wasn’t very respectful either. I will not return and I would caution anyone who takes their small equipment there to be repaired.
