- THTravis Hall3 days ago1.0Have had the worst experience with this store. We initially came in looking for a new dining room table and chairs. We found we like and was told by the sales lady that it was "in-stock' and also had a tag on it saying in-stock. After gathering all of our info on her tablet, she took us up front to pay and schedule delivery. There was a semi rude lady upfront that took our money and informed us that the furniture was not in stock. We were ok with that along as it could be delivered before thanksgiving. They assured us, yep no problem! The day before the delivery my wife received a text stating two of the six chairs came in damaged but we were still on for delivery of everything else. Today, delivery day my wife takes off work to be home for the delivery she receives a phone call that the table didn't come in and we were only receiving four chairs! They have no clue when the table or the other chairs will be coming as now they are going out of business but we can come in and pick out something on sale on the floor! Horrible horrible place! We are now waiting on a refund and are left scrambling to find a dining room table a week from thanksgiving to host our family. I see why this place is closing its doors!
