  I purchased a stove for myself and a refrigerator for my son. When my son went to pick up both they Even after my son questioned whether I would have bought such a refrigerator stated that I had changed my mind and I wanted that one. I would have never bought one with a bottom freezer they are a service nightmare. And the one that they said that I switched for doesn't even fit. Oh and the one that they sent doesn't even work. There was a broken party inside and I thought maybe my son had been a little rough with it but the other portion of the broken shelf was not in the refrigerator. When I presented them with the problem they said that they would go up with A refrigerator that I picked out to replace the one that I had picked out and pick up the one that My son had struggled with twice getting it in the trailer and getting it out and transporting it all the way up to Sherwood Michigan. We made arrangements and even set a time. They called my son to tell him that they weren't going to do that and offered him about half the amount of money that it would take for him to come down and pick it up himself. Then they cut off their phone again so other arrangements could even be made. I have stopped four times to see if they were there and there was no one there. If Julie ever goes into any other kind of business I hope that this issue follows her. She says that she has seven rental properties I hope they're better taken care of than customers for her failed appliance business. This is disappointing because I have worked with them on other appliances and things have gone well. But more disappointing because I'm out $275 and my son does not ever refrigerator that works.

  DO NOT SHOP HERE! Their "warranty" is a lie! They will not fix it if it doesn't work DAY ONE! They will only replace with a much cheaper version, and that takes many many calls and weeks of being ignored to even be offered! We made the huge mistake of purchasing 3 appliances. Two did NOT work at all. I was able to fix the one, but we had to pay over $400 to fix the other. Read other people's reviews. We are not the first to have suffered this way from this store. This seems to be a common theme with them.

  This lady here i love she down to earth . Honestly, I don't know how she does it but gets up and is there every day. I had a refrigerator I brought from her and took it to Michigan City, installed it, but had to go back and take it back . Because the top part wasn't getting cold so I had to buy a new one . She said no problem. I'll give u money back our credit. I chose credit and came back a month later, and she remembered she said that she kept her word. That's what counts. EVERY TIME I GO THERE NOW WE TALK FOR HOURS .

  Ive been shopping at Julies for all my appliances now for 8 years or so. Theyre friendly and when theres problems they do take care you. Ive found some really nice appliances there over the years and theyve done well, definitely suited my needs.

  I purchased a refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, and microwave. The refrigerator looks great, and the stove is an upgrade from what I thought I was getting ( I have not used yet). They match well in the kitchen. Have not set up a microwave yet. The washer and dryer were the problem child of the bunch. At first, the delivery folks could not get the dryer down the stairs, and they did not even attempt washer. Those two delivery men were hard workers and determined to assist me with the washer and dryer getting downstairs. I went back to the store to see what I could do as I still needed a washer and dryer and i was not about to have a washer and dryer sitting in my livingroom that i could not be used...I was told I had to remove the bookcase on the wall going down the stairs...I did not realize the appliances are final no refunds (I missed that in the rush to purchase items for my new home). The note did say you could replace appliances for up to 60 days, so with the help of one of the delivery guys, he found me another set. I rearranged my schedule to get the new washer and dryer delivered. The two delivery folks were able to get both items down the steps and in position. They said they would set them up and test them before they go except that could not happen due to them not having the parts to connect dryer to gas line and insert washer drain hose to location on wall. At this time, I can not say how the washer and dryer are operating, as I need to figure out where to locate necessary parts to get them ready to use. Overall, the price for 5 appliances for what i could afford at this time - Julia's used appliances was the way for me to go, and when I paid cash, I got some money off. My recommendation would be to go in knowing what you want and the sizes you need for your space and don't rush your decision, which is what happened to me due to never buying appliances before and having to be moved in 7 days. Remember, once you pay for the items, your purchase is final, and there are no refunds - those items are yours no matter what. On 6/11/25: i can say all my appliances work, and I am satisfied with the items I purchased.
