- IHIsaac HOct 26, 20251.0DO NOT SHOP HERE! Their "warranty" is a lie! They will not fix it if it doesn't work DAY ONE! They will only replace with a much cheaper version, and that takes many many calls and weeks of being ignored to even be offered! We made the huge mistake of purchasing 3 appliances. Two did NOT work at all. I was able to fix the one, but we had to pay over $400 to fix the other. Read other people's reviews. We are not the first to have suffered this way from this store. This seems to be a common theme with them.

I had a refrigerator I brought from her and took it to Michigan City, installed it, but had to go back and take it back . Because the top part wasn't getting cold so I had to buy a new one . She said no problem. I'll give u money back our credit. I chose credit and came back a month later, and she remembered she said that she kept her word. That's what counts. EVERY TIME I GO THERE NOW WE TALK FOR HOURS .

I had hoped to find a side by side to replace my broken down one and I found something even better. A Samsung French door side by side that will match up to my existing Samsung appliances, given my fridge was the last to be replaced, this was perfect given the frustrating situation. Best of all, it at a decent price. More over I had fantastic one on one service, very cool people and easy to work with. Apparently even free delivery and removal of my old fridge and that's a good thing since I have no use for a non working fridge. Over all so far this was a great experience given the situation. If your in the need of an appliance and are on a budget, give Julie's a try.
