Then I had to leave, he printed off my quote so I could complete the transaction the following Monday. Before calling I looked at the quote and noticed that there were promotions, additions, subtractions, and it was confusing to figure out, so I calculated the actual cost, simple math, whole cost of items plus approx. tax - the amount was almost $50.00 less than the quote showed. I called and questioned this, the sales person argued simple math with me, asked for Manager Kevin, and he was irritated I bothered him, so I cancelled everything, he said fine, do what you want. The store lost a 2400.00 sale and he didn't care to do simple math or explain why it wasn't matching anything. Watch your receipts, don't trust what they give you. It may only be $50.00 but multiply that by every purchase, somebody's making money and it isn't the consumer.

The pieces we chose are absolutely beautiful and of excellent quality—you can really tell they’re made to last. Although we had to wait a bit for part of our order to be delivered, it was definitely worth it. What truly made this experience special, though, was Lori. From the moment we walked in, she was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all our questions, offered great advice, and made sure we felt confident with every choice we made. Even through the delivery wait, she stayed in touch and made sure everything went smoothly. Honestly, I wish more people in customer service were like Lori—she genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Her professionalism and warmth really made a difference. Highly recommend this store—and if you can, ask for Lori!
