Unfortunately I was the one doing all the calling and no one has ever reached out to me. Every time I called, they kept saying it’s not gonna be in until October. I called in October. It’s not gonna be in until the end of November, so I finally called to speak to a manager named Eric. He said they have the picture and it’s in their warehouse at the store. I asked so why haven’t nobody told me? I go in on a Saturday to pick up my picture and I go to the back dock and the guy that was loading up the picture he was telling me “this is really expensive picture especially since it’s used” and I asked him do he mean? He said oh this is the same picture that was on the wall cause I’m the one who took it down cause I remember you when you was in the store. So I’ll go back into the store and confronted the manager on why was he trying to give me a used picture? He had no explanation I requested a refund. I went around to Bob’s furniture and founded me a beautiful picture I will never go back to value city furniture again. A friend of mine said they did her the same way gave her used furniture off the floor. She returned the furniture and got her full refund. This is unacceptable.
