- MBMarianne BalassoneNov 13, 20251.0They left my carpet soaking wet and dirty. I had to use the extractor on my home cleaner to suck up some of the water. i called the company and told the lady about my disappointment. I explained that I could not leave a good review about my experience and the extreme inconvenience it had caused me.. I did not ask for a refund or compensation of any sorts. She apologized. Later in the day, Mr. AJ called and left a message on my voicemail (which I saved), he was very angry and threatened to sue me if I made a poor review about his company. He accused me of using oxy, resolve or fabuloso cleaners on my carpet, which I had not! He said he would have come back to pull up some of the water, but after his angry message, I would not want him back in my house. Besides, why would he leave a job with carpets soaked like that anyway? It took 3 days for my carpet to dry. After reading through his reviews, I learned that I am not the first one to have been left with soaked carpets. i would not recommend this company.

And they left the carpet sopping wet, to the point there would be damage to the wood underneath, on the stairs. When I called back to discuss all of these things, they were fighting with me and completely disregarded all of my concerns. It took an entire 10 minute argument, to get them to come back and soak up some of the water on the stairs. They chose not to soak up the water on the rest of the carpets. CANNOT express enough how much I regret going with this terrible company.
