BRENDA SAID TO TAP THE OUTSIDES OF THE SALT TANK WITH A RUBBER MALLET, AND, IF I HAD SOMETHING I COULD POKE DOWN THROUGH THE SALT WITHOUT DAMAGING THE TANK TO DO THAT TOO. WOWOWOWOWOWOWWWWWWWW! I DID THIS STUFF, THAN RAN A CYCLE, AND NOW I HAVE SOFT WATER!!!!! I WILL TRUST THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY OF MY FUTURE SOFTENER NEEDS. I'M A 68 YEAR OLD WIDOW AND AT THE MERCY OF ANY AND ALL REPAIR PEOPLE. SOOOOOO REFRESHING TO FIND SOMEONE WHO ISN'T GREEDY!!!! THANKS SOOOOO MUCH, BRENDA.
