Have been on the phone for months getting no where finally was told my part was ready for pick up in the store, drove 2 hours to pick it up it wasn’t there. Now I am being told I’m not able to get a replacement part until February. 🤣 absolute joke. Now thanksgiving and Christmas featuring massive hole that hasn’t been addressed and won’t be addressed for 9 months. Think twice before buying the warranty, because the real kicker is I have been told I can’t just cancel it and get my money back for that either 😅
