She was very helpful and kind, she answered all the questions or concerns we had regarding what kind of sofa we were looking for. The office lady who rang us up Lynette was also very kind, she completed our purchase in a timely manner, gave us all the important information we needed for payments or future purchases. Paid 3000 dollars and it is the cheapest crap made one recliner has not lasted a full yr, .metal underneath has bent and screws broke off. I live a hour away not fooling with warranty running back and forth on something made so cheap . Only me and my wife live here we are not huge people to break down furniture. Last time i will buy anything here.
