  I had a great experience with these guys. Seth is such a great guy. Came out to give me an estimate on my chimney. We were experiencing a leak. He found the issue quickly and came up with a solution even faster. The repair crew came out the next day and got it taken care of. After all the rain yesterday. I did not experience anymore leaks. Kent and Erik did a fantastic job on my repairs. The chimney looks excellent. I highly recommend these guys for any repairs that you might need. Thank you Oesterling Chimney for a job well job, and thank you again Seth, Kent and Erik for all your hardwork!

  I had a service man come to my house in January to work on my fireplace. Matt the owner of Oesterling chimney sweep came, checked out. My fireplace said it needed a new burner. The burner was burn out. I ordered a new outfit for $728 and change. To find out that nothing was wrong with my fireplace. Insert it was not burn out. It works perfectly. Somebody else looked at it got it on got it working.. They charge me $189 service. Call and cost me to buy a new unit that I did not need if he is a true professional he should’ve been able to fix it instead of somebody else that is not a professional. Not so great job Matt, for not fixing my fireplace, It was not a good experience.

  Thank goodness for this team! We needed some repairs done before a week of heavy rain. They were quick to get us on the schedule and even bumped us up when a spot came available. Then, on the day of appointment, they went above and beyond to make sure the work got done even though we had an emergency out of town and were not able to be there. We greatly appreciate their help!

  I made an appointment about 2.5 weeks out. Got a call to confirm day before. Day of, they were to be at my house between 9-1, received a call saying they do not service my area and would not be out. Spoke with owner, then around 1 Deron showed up and did a great job. I guess they literally went out of their way to help. I probably won't use again just because of the area thing but would definitely recommend for their area.
