After about 3 weeks, one of the motorized recliners started having issues. We called because we paid for the warranty. It took them 6 weeks to send a repair tech. Tech was there for 37 seconds, said they needed to order a part. That was March. We’ve called 8 different times for an update with each response “someone will have to call you back.” Fast forward to today (Aug 31, 2025)… I called. Very nice guy informs me the part was ordered in May (30 days after tech came out) and anticipated delivery is mid October provided there are no issues with it coming from overseas. That’s right…. Working on 10 months or longer with a broken recliner that was brand new and very expensive. Customer service is not good at following up. Super super long delays. Very disappointing.
