When I asked why the extra charge, they claimed it was for leaf removal which never took place (as you can see in the pictures attached). After days of calling them I eventually threatened to report them to the small claims court and they refunded my money. Only to charge me $60 for lawn mowing on a snow storm day! I have blocked any further charges from them and reported them to my bank. Edit: You claim the charge on 11/10 for mowing was for 11/3? You already charged me for mowing on 11/3. Attached screenshot of the quote. $600 for plants, $85 for leaf removal and $60 for mowing = $745.

I also signed up for weekly mowing services. Though start date was unclear at first, communication after that had been excellent. A reminder text comes out day prior to services and after services are completed. Owner is also extremely easy to communicate with for questions. He truly cares about his business and customers.
