He was very patient explaining to her what needed to be done, and was sensitive to the fact that she was hard of hearing. Our plan was to contract them for periodic visits, however, we had to move my mom out of the house. Their cost was very reasonable, and the treatment was very effective. I would definitely recommend them and their services.

They trouble-shooted the noises in my attic and showed me pictures of the problem. They returned, fixed the problem, and showed me pictures of their work (because I did not want to go in the attic). They were professional and friendly and reasonably priced!
