- ATAdam S. TracyDec 21, 20241.0My parents won’t leave a review, so I will. Not only did Best Way ruin their higher end rug, they attempted to blamed their elderly clients. And only after months of being dismissed did they make an effort to rectify the situation (my parents not having said rug for over two months). As a final indignity, when then repaired rug was returned, the trite, little man who delivered it (owner’s son?) complained about not having help (not my parents problem) but goaded my father into moving a coffee table, which he shouldn’t be doing. That having been said, Best Way obviously preys upon the elderly and couldn’t care less about long term customers. I wouldn’t hire Best Way for free and I suggest you don’t either. Merry Christmas!!
