  I had the easiest and best experience here at Value city furniture. Their product was amazing, but their service was even better. Faris and Nader helped out tremendously with me and my families furniture shopping. Go see them for any furniture needs!

  My rating is actually 0 stars because my experience with Value City Furniture has been nothing but frustrating from the moment we completed a large purchase. At no point did anyone ask when we were available for delivery, they simply assigned a date without confirming our schedule. When that day arrived, they rescheduled the delivery for six days later, again without checking our availability. When the new delivery day finally came, we received the wrong mattress. I called the next morning, explained the issue, and the representative said she would check with the manager. Instead of fixing their mistake directly, the manager asked us to come into the store to show which mattress we originally ordered. My husband went in, and sure enough, they verified we were given the wrong product. To make matters worse, the manager then gave us a three-week delivery date for the correct mattress and handed my husband the cheapest mattress cover in the store, claiming it was an “upgrade” from the $130 cover we had already paid for. That was completely unacceptable and felt insulting after all the inconvenience we had already experienced. At this point, we are returning everything and will never shop at Value City Furniture again. The lack of communication, repeated mistakes, and poor customer service made this experience one of the worst we’ve ever had with any company.

  Great experience working with Napoleon and the team getting a master bedroom furniture set, dining room set and kitchen set. Very professional and extremely informative and helpful through the process

  I would seriously recommend shopping at value city there was no pressure Their was no rushing you in and out, very thorough with their knowledge of the product and their pricing was excellent. The store was extremely clean, love how they presented their furniture layout it made it easier to picture what you were buying. All employees were very friendly.. I like to give a lot of thanks to Louise for her generous time and also the store manager, Mohammed to take his time to explain the pricing in detail. Thank you

  Beware. They will happily accept your order and $, give you a date to pick it up, then call and say, "we really don't know when it will be here....like it's a mystery...." Better yet, it's framed as they are the victim,' and if you try to walk them through the process—here is what happened, date/time—you'll get them gaslighting you into pretending to be the victim of the manufacturer/shipper, etc. Sir, we just don't know, can't be sure...how the heck do you folks run a business like this? Do better—this was a master class in how not to communicate with customers.
