- JKJen KSep 7, 20235.0Kai was very helpful on showing us all the furniture and gave us samples of everything. She told us about an upcoming sale so we got the best price for what we bought. When we had questions that she couldn’t answer, she called corporate to find out the answer. We have ordered our furniture but have to wait for delivery until our house is finished in Oct but we can’t wait to get it. We still need to order a table and chairs but the set we like isn’t on sale(Winnie)and Kai said she has never seen it on sale, but I am hoping it will be someday. I will post some pictures after we move in.

It was the easiest sale Jacob Gussin in Highland Park , IL ever had, as I walked in said "I want that" paid and walked out. On May 10th I got a notice saying my furniture was on its way. May 14th I called Josh to find out status of my delivery. Instead of helping me he gives me the delivery service telephone number and tells me to find out...This is not customer service! I have called the delivery service twice and have gotten no response (which is not a surprise)
