She was great in helping us purchase a top of the line couch and live seat but got a call from their warehouse that it is only the live seat arriving and the couch will not be here till mid November. We were promised our delivery to arrive together not once but twice! Very disappointed with their non response to this matter. Been trying to call the store but receive no answer or support. Hope this follow up review gets to someone who can help us??? Check with Karla. She will know who this is. Deleting very for Rolling Meadows October 31st. Expect a follow up call and I will post a follow up review once this gets taken care of.

Went to pick up and turns out that half wasn’t even ready. I called ahead of time to make sure that the half I was picking up was ready and they assured me it was….it was not. They just take your money and push back the pick up date every week. Terrible company. Highly do not recommend. Pay the extra somewhere else and get the product in a timely manner.
