We are a 39 year old company and are longtime members of the National Wildlife Control Operators Association and the National Pest Management Association. Every member of our team is a licensed wildlife specialists and we are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

He managed to corral all three and put them in cages without harming them. He also did not make much of a mess while doing that. He answered all my questions and was very courteous. I highly recommend this company.

We were on a quick timeline and needed our issue taken care of rapidly (an enormous house sparrow nest way high up that needed to be removed before the closing date on our home). ABC took our situation into consideration and accommodated our emergency despite them already having a full schedule; everyone I spoke with was empathic, solution-oriented, and highly professional. We will gladly call them again to help us deal humanely with any wildlife troubles we might have again. Grateful to have them serving our community, definitely recommend highly.

- TKTrisha KeeganOct 1, 20221.0Please go to Smithereens or elsewhere! This company is a scam. I had a bat (in my tenants home) and they said they'd be out in 10 minutes. The guys (looked 18) said they can't catch a bat during the day, and left within 10 min. It was not brought to my attention that the best time would be at night. The guys came in with jeans, t-shirt, no protective gear, or gloves. One guy had a fishing net, and the other had nothing. They said they would charge me $350 even though they didn't catch the bat (or really had any intention to since it was daylight). I called and spoke to the manager (Rebecca) asking to dispute the $350 or at least put that toward coming out at nighttime to try. She attacked my character saying I'm a bad landlord and will write an online review (on what grounds? I've never rented to her lol), and attacked my tenant saying he was a hoarder (she was never at the place, and no one took pictures, so this is not only rude, but false). Rebecca seemed a little "out of it", and definitely not in a position to have a manager position (no people skills). I was never emailed an itemized receipt or follow through on the 10 min visit. If I don't win the credit card dispute, it will be a shame as they're scamming people, but the least I could do is write a review to warn others.
