    5 stars! We purchased our spa in June and they held it for us until we were ready for delivery. From the sales staff to the delivery guys, everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Our spa was delivered today and they were great figuring out how to bring it in around the retaining wall that was in the process of being built. They also did great explaining all aspects of how to operate our spa. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience!

    I couldn’t get anyone to come and service my spa. After waiting over a month I was able to get a replacement part from WCI and fixed the spa myself
