When I tried to find out when they might do the work, it was the deflection "I'll have to check with Chad" and no return call. This was more than once. If I left a message, there was no return call.

He stated he would get.back to us within a week to show us his plan. Two weeks later I stopped in to see how they were doing. They had no record of our conversation. I asked them to get in contact with us so we could have a plan this year. She said I will have chad call you. Two weeks later still no contact. Disappointing to say the least. I guess we will find someone interested in the customer. Obviously they won't get my "Best in Marshalltown" rating.
