So we called Alexis, and she was more than happy to get us an air conditioner. My husband and I are happy, and once we get into a better sitaution financially, we plan on purchasing more.

Just got off the phone with whoever John is and his customer service skills are horrible, I called in because I was going to be late on my payment do to the fact I had emergency surgery and had to pay out of pocket and asked him to set me up for this Friday, he said he had me down I said Thank you and he hung up right in my face. I don’t know what his issue is but I’m pretty sure his parents taught him better manners than that. First time renting from them and my last!
