It's clean. I have never personally seen a human employee at this site. I know that there must be someone who stops by to overlook people's units(they do not however remove them, literally a part of their job in my opinion. The entrance is very hard to see at night.
There are pot holes all over the parking lot, I've lost ideas in some of them.
So it seems to be an absentee owner situation unless you owe them money.
To be fair a few times Alex has answered the phone, and has been helpful.

I purchased a storage unit over the summer to throw a few things in and I moved everything out by the end of August. There was minor water damage with a few items stored in the unit. But I was surprised to get automatically billed for another month, as I was unaware that was even a feature. I contacted the facility about looking to get a refund, as the unit was moved out and ready to rent again, and I didn't want to pay for a unit that I didn't want nor need, but support has been less than helpful. It's been weeks now and it feels like I am being stonewalled at every opportunity. It's never a yes or no, it's always a I'll get back to you, and they never do.
Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the support given and will not be renting from here again. The high pressure to leave a positive review also wasn't very a great experience, especially on my first day at the facility before I even got my unit.
