I called to get scheduled for a dryer vent cleaning. They got me in fast and were friendly. They showed up later than the scheduled time but communicated what was happening and when they would be here the entire time! Very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. The cleaning itself worked great and my clothes dry much faster now. They also cleaned the lint off the ground which I appreciated.

They did an amazing job! We had a big bird’s nest crammed in our dryer vent. They were even able to stop by after work hours. Great guys and a great experience! Highly recommend.

Initially Power Vac showed up and had a problem with their compressor so we rescheduled. They failed to show up on agreed date and time. They did not respond to multiple phone messages left at two different numbers regarding them not showing up on the agreed date.
