- KNKent NakamaruJun 24, 20251.0It has been 3 weeks since I called Keith for an estimate to grind up a stump of a mango tree that someone else cut down. He told me that he would check it out that day or the next day. After the weekend I called to get the estimate and he said that he was busy and would go and check it out that day or the next. 2 weeks later and I haven't received an estimate or call from Keith. I had a call 3 weeks later from another estimator who came in a couple days, measured, took pictures and he told me that he would send me an estimate the next day. It has been at least 3 weeks and haven't received an estimate yet. I finally had another stump remover finish the job.
