  We recently engaged The Maids for a move-out cleaning of our cousin’s well-lived-in apartment in Makiki, where he had resided for 15 years.   The Maids have broken 2 glasses while cleaning - each was part of a pair of antique cordial glasses. I have asked them not to clean that collection any more. They have also put gouges in a custom painted wall - likely a result of turning around with a vacuum on their back. They frequently leave cleaning items behind - rags, tool for cleaning hair off the sofa - and for two cleanings in a row, they neglected to empty the kitchen trash. Though these are minor complaints, they happen frequently enough that it is worth mentioning.
