We have had our pool almost 10 years and never had any issue - all parts and the liner, Polaris etc have well out-lasted their life expectancy. Now as things are starting to reach the end, they are doing everything they can to help us get the “one more year” we need due to other expensive home repairs. Kim & Crista have been amazing and patient and Crista has even come to our house after hours when she knew I had back surgery and wasn’t supposed to bend, lift or drive! I hope we squeeze out the additional year we need, but if not, I know Mid State Pools has done everything in their power to try to make it happen!!!
