Jake was extremely personable and had no issues answering any of my questions regardless of time or day (and I had a lot) He gave us a rendering and adjusted it to our liking and then proceeded to walk us through every week of what to expect and what was happening. If we ever had a concern he was always there to ease our mind. The timeframe was right on the money as well, If I had to do it all over again we would 100% go back to Mid-State and Jake.
