He was friendly and didn't make me feel ignorant or embarrassed for asking the questions (If your reading this sir, your awesome && I hope your the lead guy, cause you deserve to be). The lady who helped me with my lease(I do believe she was the Store Manager) was hands down amazing. Her vibe is one of those that's inviting and friendly. Very professional but with a hometown vibe and demeanor. She was top notch with her customer service. Not only was she able to schedule my repair on my dryer and lease me a new washer, she also did research on my dryer I recently started leasing and took it upon herself to exchange my current dryer for a newer one! It even matched my washer I just got. Oh, and did I mention my price stayed the same?! Top notch customer service, atmosphere that's not sales driven and money grabbing, and a very thoughtful manager. Definitely recommend! You both deserve a raise and a paid vacay! How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaronâs move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaronâs we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
