  I’m pastor at Claxton First Church in Claxton, GA. Budget Blind’s completed an install today. They are the perfect company. Their knowledge of products and install options was most helpful. (We have old and difficult windows for mounting blinds, so install conscientiousness was a must.) Their exact measurements were precise and fit like a glove. Their products are well above average and built to last and look good. (And if you have blinds with strings hanging down, you are not only looking old-school but those are so dangerous around children that they are illegal to sell. If you’re like us, it’s time to upgrade for both looks and safety!) Plus, they were patient while we worked through decisions. Their install crew (Justin and Casey) were careful and informative and quick. They left saying, “Call if have any questions.” There weren’t gone five minutes and there was a question. The question was about how to work something on the window itself and nothing to do with the newly installed blinds. They quickly returned and helped with an issue that wasn’t even their project. They, literally, went the extra mile! If looking for quality service that knows how to be humanly caring yet professional, then skip any thought of a DIY blind project. Connect asap with Budget Blinds and you will be more than satisfied. We certainly are!

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Anthony on the administrative end is very communicative and thorough. Made sure we stayed updated on when our shades would be in. Casey who initially sold us our blinds & shades is wonderful. He’s kind, courteous and professional while also keeping it real! We had questions a month after installation and the team didn’t hesitate to get Casey out to take a look and help us with our concerns. I can’t say enough good things about budget blinds! We are very happy with our products and their customer service, you really won’t regret doing business with them.

I was particularly impressed with how knowledgeable the quote representative was—they answered all my questions and helped me select the perfect blinds for my home’s high ceiling windows and open floor plan. The installation process was smooth, efficient, and expertly done. The installer made sure everything worked flawlessly and took the time to walk me through operating the motorized features. I loved the results so much that I purchased additional blinds with the Smart Home Hub integration. Now, I can control my blinds remotely, which has made life even easier.
