- DTDaniel TurnerDec 12, 20251.0I would highly recommend NOT to use Brown's pools and Spas. I had 5 leaks on my pool in the first 2 months (1 is still not fixed). The pool was installed incorrectly and had to be repaired. I have pictures of everything. My liner also started leaking again 12 months later and no one has called me back in 14 months. I have emailed and called with no results. Now I have a pool I can not use. I called and emailed Kim at the Newnan location and nothing. Would have given a zero but 1 was the lowest. I have all the emails and pictures. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM. $8000 wasted. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
- VLVicki LauterAug 4, 20252.0In Feb 2025 I needed to take over the maintenance for my parents house in Powder Springs GA. I had Browns install a new pool liner which went well. Because no one was living in the house at the time, I signed up for Weekly pool maintenance until I could get the house sold. Jun3 24, 2025, I called and also sent an email to Gayle in the Pool Maintenance department to cancel the weekly service effective 6/30/25 because the house was closing on 7/3/2025. She indicated she HAD cancelled the service and that no cleaner had been there since 6/6/25.(one of their cleaners had left the company) On August 4, 2025 I receive a text from a Browns Pools Tech that they were headed to the house in Powder Springs to clean the pool and when they got there another Service was already cleaning it. Clearly the right hand and left hand at Browns Pools are not working together or taking to one another or actually doing what they say they are going to todo. I of course followed up with a phone call AND an email that they weekly cleaning service had been cancelled on 06/24/25. on Aug 4, 2025 I received a text that they cancelled the service. Did they really? Who knows but you will need to constantly follow up with these people because they are not focused on details OR documenting calls and conversations they have with clients.
- CCColeJul 27, 20251.0Called for a bid on putting in a pool. Guy calls back and starts throwing out numbers on a pool build he knows nothing about. We have had 3 pools built and have never had such poor service. Too lazy to come cover, review what WE want, look at site, THEN PROVIDE A QUOTE! If that is standard business how well would you trust them to build your pool. We would NEVER ALLOW NOR RECOMMEND. Extremely poor business practice.
