They are rude banged on our door at 7 at night. Came in messed up our flooring dragging the items. Scraped up our fridge. Will include pics they will harass you. Horrible people to deal with the skinny white girl and big black girl came in my apartment acting tough and got quiet when I told them how it was. I also have video footage of everything from that night and while they were in my apartment talking big. If I would’ve handled it then it would’ve been wrong but I will be at the Newnan store Monday afternoon. And “legal actions will be taken” lmaoooo🤣🤣 they’re so goofy and bad management bullying and so on. Be careful they will be nice at the beginning!!

Horrible I told them I work for DoorDash and Instacart so money ain’t really always steady… they charge my account literally everyday called me everyday acting like I never paid I did but got tired of them harassing me. Not my fault yall don’t do credit checks…. They came to my house tonight at 6:30 bagged on my door repeatedly they kept knocking until like 7:30 I live in a apartment people are around me I wasn’t home it was to the point my gf was uncomfortable she didn’t open the door so I called and I told them to leave bc I wasn’t home and telling me to tell her to open the door if I’m not home the door won’t be opened to no body they are disrespectful I have footage and all I don’t have to give it back but that’s the right thing to do so threaten me again with the law bc best believe it’s a civil matter bc yall stupid enough to let everyone get approved 💀 this will be goin to court for harassment I’ll make sure I keep my washer and dryer for what yall have done tn

I had a fantastic experience with Aaron’s in Newnan, Georgia. The delivery crew was extremely prompt and showed up right when I needed them most to bring furniture for my family. The furniture itself is excellent quality, and I’m very happy with it.
A big thank you also goes to the manager, Jason Johnson, who made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out to me was the delivery team’s professionalism and kindness. They even doubled back later to bring additional pieces I realized I needed after the first delivery. That level of service really showed how much they care about their customers.
I truly recommend Aaron’s to anyone looking for great furniture and outstanding service. Jason Johnson and his team did a wonderful job, and I’ll definitely call on them again in the future.

Regardless if I owe money or not, that does not give Jason Johnson the general manager the right to touch my home security camera and point it towards the ground and then also continue to beat on my door as if he’s trying to bust it down. I have already filed a complaint with corporate and I’m attaching the evidence for everyone to see the unprofessional behavior of him. He made my home ( although I wasn’t there) generally unprotected by altering my view to see the surrounding areas of my home.

The purchase from Aarons in Newnan, GA was smooth from the beginning to the end (reason for one star). The attitudes and lack of professionalism is by far the worse experience I've ever had. That's in person and over the phone (Shy). The tone, rudeness, lack of knowledge, etc. is by far the worse. I will not purchase any additional furniture from them in the future. I suggest you do not either.
I highly encourage Aaron to get GM Jason more professional support ASAP.

We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator.
