Each rescheduled delivery was spaced a month or more apart, dragging this ordeal out for half a year. Store management has been nonchalant and unreliable, making promises they never keep. Calling corporate is a waste of time—it’s just a call center that assures you they’re “working on a resolution,” but no one ever follows up. The prices and the service level do not match—not even close. After exhausting every avenue and being as patient as possible, I finally emailed the CEO. I’m still waiting for a response. No matter how this ends, I will NEVER spend another penny at American Signature Furniture.

I was notified end of August they won’t arrive till Christmas Eve. All this happened after I had made plans to share old furniture so now you have 2 disappointed house holds. I still have a credit and want a refund of my money. I am forced to use the credit by November and they still refuse a cash refund. If you shop here prepare for delays and disappointment . Who wants a furniture credit. Let’s make a deal. My relative vouch a couch from Have tried and received It in one week we will try there.
