I’ve spoken with multiple representatives who all promised a resolution, but every time I follow up, I’m told something different. It feels like no one wants to take responsibility for the issue. I trusted this company to do the right thing, but this entire experience has been stressful and disappointing. I’m still waiting for my refund, and at this point, I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing from American Signature.
