  We really appreciate the great job this company does for all our properties! Christy Klaus is very responsive and helpful. Our boards appreciate her honestly and expertise. They handle very important matters such as fire sprinkler systems and fire hydrants. We are grateful to have such a reputable company assisting us with these services.

  We had a pre-action trip on our nitrogen system @ 2am on a Saturday night. I was on call, so I went to the site in downtown Atlanta. I called United's 24 hour service line and was promised a call back within an hour. within 5 minutes a technician was on the phone. Within 30 minutes the same tech was onsite. Bo Wilson was the techs name. He immediately knew our issue (a Failed pressure regulator and faulty Deluge valve). So he quickly placed the system in bypass mode, cleared the alarm and drained down our system. On the very next Monday they had 4 guys come out and troubleshoot why our deluge valve wasn't sealing. They also replaced the pressure regulator for our nitrogen blast cabinet. By the end of the week they fixed all problems and we've been using them for all 5 data center sites since that night 2 years ago. You can't beat their service! 5 stars!

  Was going to call and report one of thier drivers, but saw thier eating and figured they wouldnt even car. I have worked with this company but thier driver cut me off on the road and almost ran me off the road because HE was in the wrong lane.
