    Edwin and his associate were prompt, gave me a courtesy call when they were about 45 min away which I appreciated because we have animals that needed to be put up. He also took the time to show me how the pieces in the loveseat and the recliners went together so if they needed to be disassembled for moving or whatever reason I was able to do that without any issues. Also a very small but couteous step was they both removed their shoes in mid carry of our furniture pieces as to not track dirt and water (it just finished raining) on the carpet in our living room. Those small courtesy pieces show care that I want from a delivery team into my home Thank you so very much and God bless that team!!!

    Buyers BEWARE!!! They were so nice and helpful in the store the day of purchase. But as far as their customer service/delievery departments… terrible!! We were originally scheduled for delivery October 27th, then they never showed up, no call or anything. Said they forgot to assign a driver and delivery time so they just didn’t put it on the truck. Have called I don’t even know how many times to get our things delivered and they keep telling me things don’t look right on our account that is if I actually get anyone on the phone. THEY NEVER ANSWER!!! The last last lady I spoke with said they were missing pieces of our order which may have something to do with the delay, but it’s now November 20th and this order was placed August 31st??! They kept telling us they emailed the store manager to try to get it resolved many times but no reply. Also note that we ordered 2 separate living room sets/ recliners and 2 mattresses!! When you spend as much as we did there you’d at least think they’d try to help. Just very unprofessional on the office side…..👎

    We ordered an infinity couch and loveseat in October and paid cash. We were told that they would be delivered on Nov.13. They just called us today Nov. 10 to tell us that they delayed our delivery until Dec 3rd. According to the store manager, they only just today, 3 days before delivery, ordered the couches. We have no couches now because we had to make sure they were out of the way before the 13th, so we asked for a refund and they said it'll take 7-10 days before we even get our money back. So now we've got family coming for Thanksgiving and nowhere for them to sit and no way to get couches because they're holding our money. We paid with cash but they refund with cash, and they also called 2 days ago to confirm our delivery and are now telling us it's delayed because they decided to not even order them until 3 days before delivery. Management is no help. I'll be leaving this review everywhere. Beware this company if you expect any kind of decent customer service or to be able to get your furniture when you're told that you'll get it
