Lack of communication, they are so welcoming when you go in as a customer but once you spend your money they do not back their products. Also their warranty offer is handled by third party, don't bother what a waste of money and time. As a customer I been dealing with an on going issues for over a year and they cannot own their mistake nor try to resolve. This duluth location by far the worse facility of american signature. American signature needs to re evaluate who they have in Management starting with the manager ELLE. They do not hold to their commitments. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I wish we could give this facility a zero star.

After just moving to a new state we had no furniture and ect the office and bedroom. I wondered into American Signature to get ideas and loved a sofa. I spoke with Wayne and said I’d be back. I came back in with my vision and what I wanted in kind and Wayne and Kimberly made it so easy to get the exact sofa I wanted with ease! They’re both nice and knowledgeable and explain things in such an easy to understand way! I highly recommend you go check out this store and ask for them!

And I contacted them and tell them send us the new one without the rack . However they made me wait and wait for more than a month and I still don’t receive the new coffee table . I very disappointed on your business . Your will not stay longer business and will bankrupt soon . When your treat ur customer like dumb people .
